A Real Talk post about Pro-Quest:

Having been a customer of Arch Telecom, PatLive (formerly ATG Technologies), TAP Telecom (about 10 years ago) and ProQuest (my current 1-800 IVR supplier for the last 2 or 3 years) I can say that they, like REALTORS, all have basic similar features while at the same time each has a little something different to offer a specific customer.

Depending on what you're looking for (price, marketing help/materials, functionality, etc.) you might choose one over the other. Both Curt from Arch and the folks from ProQuest are on RealTalk and are definitely worth talking to.

In the end however, what YOU do with the service is more important that what the service itself does IMHO.

Personally, ProQuest is my favorite and I have no intention of leaving them as long as I remain in this crazy business :-)

What is it?  Here's a sample listing appointment story from their site, describing part of it.  Remember, this is only ONE application:
